WOW!!!!! What a nice job you have done...to be frank...I have been one known to complain...a little...about all this staging business...but now I see why it's a good idea. Robert worked with us about a year while we got my Dad's house ready to sell. Doing as much of the work as we could ourselves, he kept us on track, motivated & focused our efforts by suggesting updates and simple changes that would help the house sell & what colors, etc were most popular now. When we did finish our work, Robert listed the house. In spite of rain, snow & cold, within 3 weeks we received one contract immediately followed by another.
Robert was very helpful throughout the process of update & repair, & continued through the negotiations with the buyer to get the best deal for us. In fact he is still helping us in trying to get a better response from a home warranty company than what they initially offered on a necessary repair. He seems to have a gift for rapidly selling houses at fair prices.
